Thank-you for purchasing from KreatioNZ Taonga. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase and also to be assured that their privacy has been maintained. Please therefore read our Terms and Conditions as set out below.

REFUND, RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

If the goods you receive are faulty/damaged or not as described on our website, we will refund or replace those goods if they are returned to us within 21 days of purchase. However, we will not refund or exchange due to “change of mind”. The returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. We will carefully check the returned goods and process your refund/exchange immediately, however we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if we believe the item has been worn or damaged after it has left our premises.
