About Us
OUR STORY
We moved to Sydney in 2009 after I completed 2 years of treatment for Breast Cancer. Having been here for 12 months, the cancer returned.
Unable to work “yet again” during my treatment, and spending long days at home while my husband was at work, I decided to make and sell Polymer Clay Heitiki, which at that time were very popular back home.
I started taking them to the Market (Blacktown Drive-In) and the requests for pounamu and bone taonga encouraged me to expand.
The majority of the taonga I sell is traditional, however, I do have some of the more modern and mass-produced pieces.
