REFUND, RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
If the goods you receive are faulty/damaged or not as described on our website, we will refund or replace those goods if they are returned to us within 21 days of purchase. However, we will not refund or exchange due to “change of mind”. The returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. We will carefully check the returned goods and process your refund/exchange immediately, however we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if we believe the item has been worn or damaged after it has left our premises.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
POSTAGE and FREIGHT
Your item/s will be carefully checked before being sent to you. Please note that we will not he held responsible or liable for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit. Your purchase will be wrapped, packaged or boxed with the utmost care to prevent any damage and to ensure that your item is received in the same condition as when it left our premises.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We send Express Post through Australia Post. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been sent. Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery within Australia, or 6-10 days Internationally.
For larger items we may use alternative postal/freight suppliers, however, you will be kept informed if this is the case.
